Alex Clare-Young is a consultant, educator, writer, speaker, campaigner and minister.

As a trans-masculine non-binary person, Alex is passionate about advocating for the inclusion of, and social justice for, trans people. Alex researches, writes, teaches, speaks and consults on trans identities and/or theology. They also regularly lead workshops on trans inclusion and affirmation in secular and religious contexts.

  With a PhD in education, Ana is currently lecturing in interculturality, inclusive education, inclusive communication, education for peace, teaching methods and inclusive music education.

Ana is an experienced international teacher, speaker and HR recruiter. She is also an online educational content and curriculum developer.  Ana describes herself as a proud feminist, who is determined to find ways to bring society together and bring an end to the limitations that stop people being able to be who they really are.

Grant was born in Brazil and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. He received his BA and MSc degrees in anthropology from Purdue University (USA) and Vrije University (Netherlands), respectfully. 

His research interests focus on human rights and social justice. Grant has experience in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He is passionate about racial equality and justice, and promoting a more diverse workforce in various industries. 

 Lisa is a Professor of History and Gender Studies at Boise State University in the US. Her fields of specialty include the history of religion and the intersections of gender, religion, and popular culture. She is the author of the books Divided Loyalties? Pushing the Boundaries of Gender and Lay Roles in the Catholic Church, 1534-1829 (Palgrave MacMillan, 2018) and Lest We Be Damned: Practical Innovation and Lived Experience among Catholics in Protestant England 155 (Routledge, 2004), as well as chapters and articles in numerous publications, such as Church History, the Catholic Historical Review, and the Journal of Religious History

Ash is an Inclusion and Diversity powerhouse, with over 10 years’ experience across multiple sectors.  

Ash is passionate about developing people and supporting senior leaders to create high performing inclusive cultures.  She is  passionate about celebrating the power of people's differences.  Ash talks openly about her own journey, which invites others to open up and engage, rather than suffer in silence.  Ash is a powerful role model, especially to those from underrepresented & marginalised communities.

Ben is a writer, speaker, content creator, LGBTQIA advocate, and soon to be Author!  

They have worked with major brands such as Amazon Prime, Lucy and Yak, Oliver Bonas, Matalan, Simply Be and many more. They uplift and educate through media; with their website benpechey.com, The Happy Place podcast, and legendary Instagram Stories. They have had words in print and online for Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, The Guardian and many more.

Denise is an entrepreneurial, innovative leader, who specialises in transformation and organisational culture.

 A self-professed citizen 

of the world, Denise possesses a mixed heritage of Jewish, Nigerian and 

Kenyan, and has lived and worked across three continents.  If that wasn't enough, Denise also lends her specialist skills to a range of humanitarian projects 

working with some of the poorest communities around the world.  

Dita is a multiple business owner, and an experienced Investor, M&A professional and serial entrepreneur. She is well versed in transformational growth strategies and implementing turnaround plans. 

She has been involved in the sale / acquisition of numerous businesses. has worked for many large corporates and consulting companies such as Zurich Financial Services and Barclaycard, as well as for the European Commission in their Prosoma Esprit innovation initiative. 

Dita is increasingly involved with foster children and helping them to develop and assess their options. She is passionate about creating a better mechanism for children in care and young adults coming out of care, to have support and options for a more positive, inclusive and bright future.

Kristen is a diversity equity and inclusion specialist within the U.S healthcare sector. 

Kristen’s mission is to bridge the gap in health disparities among those that identify as racially and ethically diverse.  Kristen’s personal experience has influenced her passion for the healthcare sector. Kristen is passionate about promoting DE&I in healthcare especially for those who are underrepresented in marginalised groups.

Laura works with vulnerable and disadvantaged young people, providing support, mentorship and essential services, through community outreach.

Laura's amazing work ensures that the most vulnerable have access to crisis management, mental health and government services, providing a truly social value to those without voices.  Laura advocates for young people and as well as Utilising evidence-based treatments to teach independent living skills, educational attainment, housing stability, employment and money management.

Born and raised in Botswana, Southern Africa, Lorato is dedicated to reforming corporate culture, creating equal opportunities and EMPOWERING safe spaces for all.

Regardless of sex, gender, race, sexuality, ethnicity or socioeconomic status, Lorato is committed to transforming the recruitment cycle, as well as driving better inclusion policy.  With a master’s degree in International Employment Relations, and her research focusing on Diversity turnover, retention and pipeline solutions, she uses Human Resources and L&D to leverage and influence change.

May is a Chartered Manager committed to  building an inclusive and collaborative culture in organisations. 

Energetic,  passionate and innovative, she has become a leading entrepreneur by facilitating  cost-effective formulation and implementation of  ground-breaking strategies embedded within sustainability concepts.  

A recent business and fashion graduate, Niamh combines the latest academic best practices, with a passion and drive for social justice.

Niamh has joined the team as a key account manager and is an all-round genius when it comes to organising the team, coordinating our internal systems & managing all our key accounts.  As well as ensuring clients are well looked after, Niamh develops bespoke solutions to support clients diversity, inclusion & equity requirements.

Oliver is the Founding Director of Advance: The Disability Consultants. Oliver was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome a form of autism at the age of 10. His personal employment experiences helped him launch Advance; October 2019. 

Oliver has worked over the last year with clients such as Sage, Shell UK & Thales providing powerful, personal insights of how organisations must support and develop autistic talent within their workplaces. Through powerful storytelling and interactive content, Advance: The Disability Consultants Autism Lunch & Learn Training Sessions helps give organisations the confidence, knowledge and skills required to become an Autism Confident Employer.

Ripha is a leading expert on the gender pay-gap and specialises in career and executive coaching. 

Ripha is a certified coach and NLP practitioner, who is committed to inspire change. She recently delivered an incredible programme, addressing the gender pay gap within the construction industry, as well as improving diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) performance.  Ripha's work focuses on enabling women to develop their careers and more broadly she supports the creation of inclusive leadership, by working on behaviours and mindset.

Ruhi is an experienced MBA leader and her background is in learning & development, where she specialises in psychology and behaviour training. 

Students love Ruhi because of her approach, empathy and overall passion for people.  She brings an alternative narrative as to why she believes in an equal society, based on her own lived experiences; she also ran the LGBTQ+ space at Uber India!   Ruhi's talents don't stop there, she is a counsellor, writer, content creator and she's passionate about building collaborative environments accessible to everyone.

Born and raised in the Deep South of the United States, Sequoah is a dedicated proponent of equality and inclusion, and has dedicated her career to building spaces that are inclusive of all people, regardless of race, gender, sexuality or economic standing. 

With a Master’s in Business Administration, Sequoah now designs and implements policies and behaviours that make organisations successful. She specialises in supporting start-ups, and loves the excitement of  taking concepts to market.  She believes DEI is central to operations and designs inclusive hiring programmes, mentorships and also coaches key executives.
